The problem

Job seekers often have years of useful experience scattered across documents. Generic AI rewriting can make the prose sound better while inventing metrics, overstating a skill or failing to address the role. A polished document is only one part of an effective search.

The approach

SharpCV starts with an Achievement Bank: a structured record of the person’s experience. Job requirements are compared with that record, and application material is drafted from the evidence provided.

The product distinguishes candidate fit from résumé representation. Improving how a document explains experience does not magically create a qualification or close a real capability gap. Unsupported claims are flagged, and the user reviews the material.

The workflow extends into cover letters, research, outreach preparation, interviews and application tracking. Career intelligence helps prioritise next actions with reasons attached. External messages remain subject to approval.
